The word refuge comes from latin refugium, composed of the prefix re- (return) and the verb fugere (to flee). Literally, it means “a place of flight” or “a place of shelter”.
A space where the soul can breathe and hearts can reunite. Designed as a sanctuary of emotions and dreams, this refuge stands as a setting meant to escape the oppression of the outside world.
💖BRUTAL KAWAII⛓️
Kawaii*** a japanese adjective meaning "cute", “adorable". It describes who and what is sweet, pure and innocent.
Brutal*** like concrete, berghain, yang and walking barefoot.
The concept of Brutal Kawaii is the fusion of cute and adorable elements with a touch of brutality or roughness. With the intention to delineate a current contemporary state, that stems from the feeling of immobility:
“I felt like a flower in concrete”.
This unusual combination seeks to explore beauty and the many facets of human emotions, presenting a sweet and endearing side combined with an underlying complexity.

“Blurred Vision” explores the way tears blur perception, casting a veil over reality and limiting its contours. In moments of deep emotion, vision falters: our surroundings
become indistinct, slipping between presence and absence.

Stavo cercando la luce (I was looking for light) born out of darkness and embraces its many nuances. The work offers an allegorical reference to the "luminous" link that the individual maintains with the world and his universe, through the prism. Chandeliers's crystals, suspended by a thread, capture the sun’s rays, and their encounter forms a rainbow.

This artistic research is based on the idea of seeing beyond appearance, embracing harmonic contradictions and introducing unexpected elements to stimulate reflection. A playful vision fascinated by the echo of reality, its shapes, colours, lights and darkness.
Inviting viewers to immerse themselves in a visual world where beauty manifests itself through careful observation and defiance of conventional expectations, trying to see (as much as possible) rainbow in profile 🌈.
